Shipping
At CaptainRC, we ship to virtually any address in the world! However, please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions for international destinations.
When you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping options. These estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page.
- In Stock: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Out of Stock: Orders are shipped within 3-20 business days, depending on availability.
Our standard shipping typically takes 5-15 business days. If you have other needs, such as customs clearance, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request.
Our expedited shipping means we’ll choose a faster shipping method to get your order to you more quickly.
Our shipping rates are weight-based, and item weights (rounded up to the nearest pound) are listed on their detail pages.
Most of our orders come with free shipping, and generally, items will be delivered directly to your doorstep.
For tax-included (DDP) shipments, we will declare a lower value for customs purposes. For non-tax-included (DDU) shipments, the declared value will reflect the actual order amount.

All* orders with items total weight of less 5kg* qualify for Global Free Shipping from the CN warehouse.
*Weight limit will be based on physical or volumetric weight, whichever is greater dependent upon the shipping courier used.
