Is the smoke safe? Will it damage my models?
Completely safe. We recommend using baby oil or glycerin—common, non-toxic, and non-corrosive household liquids that won't harm model paint. Avoid harsh industrial fog fluids.
Our oil is totally safe
Is it loud?
It uses a high-quality, quiet fan. Operational sound is minimal, similar to a desktop computer, and won't be disruptive.
Will all my 1:64 scale models fit?
The chamber is designed for standard 1:64 models. For exceptionally tall vehicles or those with large rear wings, please check our dimension guide. The vast majority of models fit perfectly.

How soon will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Beijing Time) will be processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day. Please note the following:
- Due to the inclusion of fog liquid (oil), shipments require special logistics handling. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days, depending on the season.
